As organizations continue to compete for talent, many HR teams are reevaluating how job postings and job descriptions are written to better reflect the skills, competencies, and behaviors needed for success. Traditional job descriptions often focus heavily on tasks and qualifications, while competency-based approaches help organizations attract candidates with the capabilities and potential that align with business needs and organizational culture.
Join fellow HR professionals for an interactive peer discussion focused on creating effective competency-based job postings and job descriptions. Participants will share strategies, challenges, and practical approaches for modernizing job documentation to support recruiting, employee development, performance management, and workforce planning.
This is an ASE member's only event.
