Pre-requisite: If one exists, participants must bring their current Performance Appraisal tool to class.

Define the role of Performance Appraisals in the Cycle of Performance Management Systems
Identify the best method of assessment and providing feedback

Compare various motivators for recognition

This program has been submitted for 5 general credits hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) as well as 5 recertification credit hours (PDC) toward SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP through the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
