Objectives: This course will provide an overview of orientation programs, the historical perspective and current day reality. Participants will compare sample onboarding programs and will walk away with useful tips to develop and administer their employee orientation programs.

Discuss the importance of new employee’s first impressions and assimilation
Identify key components in an onboarding program
Create a comprehensive orientation program and present to the group
