The history of why we get our benefits from employers dates back to WWII when they were used to attract talent, particularly woman. Today, benefits have evolved, and one size fits all coverage just doesn’t work anymore. Organizations need to reimagine health benefits to stay competitive now and into the future.
Join your fellow ASE members to discuss what is working and not working in your organization. Discuss what the potential shift to health benefits that offer better access, a technology driven approach, great care, and lower costs could look like. Our partner, SALTA Direct Primary Care, will join us as a guest facilitator and content expert.
Peer-to-Peer Discussions give members an opportunity to meet and interact with fellow members in a confidential and mutually supportive environment. In this one-hour discussion, attendees are expected to participate with cameras on and be engaged in the discussion moderated by ASE staff.
Credits awarded per Session. See individual Sessions for further details.
