Objectives:
Participants will learn about the most common options in U.S. immigration law to sponsor and employ temporary foreign workers, how to then support their long-term Lawful Permanent Residence in the U.S., as well as how to ensure strict compliance throughout the U.S. immigration sponsorship lifecycle.
