9:00-4:30 PM This is a three day program spanning three consecutive weeks. 

The purpose of this training is to provide those that supervise others the necessary foundation skills to excel at the most critical tasks of a supervisor.

Objectives: This course will teach the skills necessary to excel as a supervisor. Participants will learn practical tools and knowledge to use immediately on the job to be more effective.

Who should attend Individuals who have responsibility for directing the work of others including supervisors, managers, team leaders as well as those who are soon-to-be-promoted to supervisor roles.

Learning Outcomes: Upon completion of this course, the learner will be able to:

This program has been submitted for 17.25 general credits hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) as well as 19.5 recertification credit hours (PDC) toward SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP through the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). The use of these seals is not an endorsement by HRCI or SHRM for the quality of the program. It means that this program has met the HRCI's and SHRM's criteria to be pre-approved for recertification credit.
