This course is virtual and will be held from 1:00 p.m. -4:30 p.m. 

The purpose of this training is to explore effective employee empowerment as the biggest driver of employee engagement and its impact on an organization’s customer service, profitability, productivity, and retention.

Objectives: The course will make the case for empowering employees. Participants will discuss the factors that determine when empowerment is appropriate and learn how to empower and support their employees.

This program has been submitted for 3.5 general credits hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) as well as 3.5 recertification credit hours (PDC) toward SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP through the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
