Before HR can worry about retention and engagement, organizations must ensure its hiring processes are working for all stakeholders. The process is also subject to numerous legal considerations. Talent can be elusive, and as the ‘war’ for critical roles continues, companies need to be smarter while building an authentic and compliant hiring process.

Join your fellow ASE members to discuss the hiring process from A – Z. What is working, and where do you need your peers sounding board to help you? Facilitating this month’s discussion from ASE will be Linda Olejniczak, Director of Research and Susan Chance, Manager, Pre-employment Services.

Participating ASE members will receive a 58-page Hiring Process Guide and Candidate Experience Assessment Tool from our partners at Zywave and McLean and Company.

Peer-to-Peer Discussions give members an opportunity to meet and interact with fellow members in a confidential and mutually supportive environment. In this one-hour discussion, attendees are expected to participate with cameras on and be engaged in the discussion moderated by ASE staff.
