Steve uses creativity and innovation in his partnerships with company leaders facing change in complex markets. By providing professional consulting and expertise in areas of executive coaching, organizational culture development, and strategic employee communication, his clients confidently and clearly achieve their organizational goals.
Steve earned his doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University and, for nearly 25 years, has worked as both an external and internal organizational development consultant for a variety of for-profit and nonprofit companies. He has authored resources on the topics of organizational change, CEO success, leadership, strategic workforce planning, and career development.

Patrice R. Matejka, SPHR, HCS, SWP
Patrice is a performance-driven executive with experience throughout the talent lifecycle, and with organization development and change management. Her focus includes strategy development, HR business partner development, and aligning HR to business priorities.
Patrice is a former Director, HR Business Partners, Corporate Compensation and Talent Acquisition for a large health insurance organization within Michigan. Her personal mission is to help organizations create and execute talent strategies to achieve business results. She has over 35 years of diverse HR experience in a variety of industries including automotive, pharmaceutical, technology and insurance, and has worked at Fortune 100 organizations, and as head of Human Resources for a privately held Contract Research Organization (CRO).
